Castle Interim develops a confidential partnering relationship with Clients, in order to understand the personalities, aims and objectives of the organisation. Liaison is usually with the Chairman or MD, a board member or an Owner Manager in order to understand fully the critical issues that face the Company. This enables Castle Interim to give timely advice as to how to utilise an interim manager to the benefit of the organisation.

Once a Client's need is identified, potential candidates are quickly selected (usually within a few days) by Castle Interim and introduced to the executive decision maker. The decision on appointment rests with the Client, but Castle Interim takes out the burden of advertising and interviewing unsuitable candidates and loss of management time.

Placements

Once placed in the company, Castle Interim remains in contact throughout the duration of the assignment with both the Client and the manager. The manager completes a monthly report for Castle Interim, to assist with effective assignment delivery and confirmation with the Client.
The daily operations, the benchmarks and exit plan are all established at the onset of the assignment.

Many successful interims start their assignments within a few days and they may often be extended from between three to nine months, if required by the client. For SMEs interim managers can work on a part-time basis, perhaps one or two days per week, within a clearly defined budget with measurable outcomes.
